We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Agile Project-Lead to coordinate and drive multiple customer-focused projects built on top of our core product suite. This role bridges project management, Agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth execution, predictable outcomes, and high-quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead and manage multiple parallel projects, from understanding customer requirements to final delivery.
- Define and maintain backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and task breakdowns.
- Develop project plans and roadmaps, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and priorities.
2. Agile Delivery &Team Collaboration
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives for engineering teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams & leads — Product, Development, QA - to unblock progress and maintain alignment.
- Participate in weekly customer meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage stakeholder expectations.
3. Tracking, Reporting & Tools
- Maintain accurate and updated JIRA boards reflecting all tasks, progress, dependencies, and defects.
- Prepare and deliver periodic project reports covering metrics, risks, quality insights, and milestone completion.
- Ensure consistent adherence to Agile best practices and internal delivery processes.
4. Quality, Process & Delivery
- Monitor progress against milestones and proactively identify risks or delays.
- Ensure efficient collaboration across teams to support testing cycles and production readiness.
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and delivery predictability.
