
Harshitha Singh has been with Payhuddle for over five years and now leads sales as a Sales Manager across the rest of the world markets.
She manages the full sales cycle end-to-end, from first conversations to closing deals, often working independently across different regions and time zones. A large part of her role involves understanding how customers test, certify, and deploy terminals, and then walking them through how Tecto fits into their existing certification workflows.
Harshitha spends a lot of time on product demos and discussions with acquirers, processors, and terminal vendors. It usually involves empathizing with the real testing challenges, timelines, and headaches, and figuring out what will actually work for the customer.
She also works closely with internal product and engineering teams, sharing customer feedback. Before stepping into her current role, Harshitha worked as a Sales Engineer, which shows in how she approaches conversations.
